Oops. Erie City Council and Erie County Council agreed on a swap of $2 million and the Millcreek Golf and Learning Center property for the Erie Golf Course so Erie Airport can move ahead on a runway expansion project. They forgot one little detail – Millcreek Township. No Millcreek Township officials were at the meeting nor were they invited to the meeting. Township supervisors must have been wondering if there was a government overthrow or something. No guys you still have control of what happens in the township. The supervisors sort of liked the idea but they want a driving range built at Erie Golf Course. That would cost an extra $20,000-$40,000.
