I was driving around Presque Isle with my boys today, and we stopped on Peninsula Drive to watch the newly opened Ravine Flyer II coaster.

We were so enthralled we walked around the park for awhile and watched the coaster a few times. We even went across the street to the TREC and watched it from there.

Sunday, we’ll be riding the new coaster. I would have gone today but if I went without my wife, she’d kill me.

So, we’ll be meeting up at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday to ride the new coaster. I’ve talked to a few bloggers who might try to make it up with us – and you are invited as well. We’ll meet outside the ride entrance

For this weekend, each ride will cost $4.50, with $3.50 of that going to Juvenile Diabetes research. Can’t beat most of the proceeds going to charity. Leave a comment in this post or email me with questions.
