If there are, I haven't seen them. PA-03 has gone from "likely republican" to "leans republican" to "toss up" and now it appears to be leaning blue. This is excellent news for those of us who think do-nothing career politicians should be given their walking papers. Don't worry about Phil...if his trust fund has run dry, I'm sure one of his Big Oil buddies will make a job for him. Only problem is...he might actually have to work.
