It is only right that JOYCE be held to a highter standand than the ordinary person . He is typical of our political people such as TED in ALASKA who only look after their own intrests long range. How can our youth look at this and not be influenced' I only hope they take away his pension as well. ANDY

For people familiar with personal injury litigation a person alleging damages found performing activities inconsistent with their puported inabilities is not uncommon. Following the trial from newspaper accounts suggests the jury may have held the Judge to a higher standard by virtue of his position and perhaps viewed him as having used his position to gain an advantage.

News of this verdict makes me sick for Joyce's family and all of those people let down by this man. Where has virtue gone?
