The owners of Molly Brannigans are due in court in South Bend, Indiana. They were to build a restaurant there. The South Bend Tribune reports:
The suit alleges that South Bend Irish Pubs, or Molly Brannigans, which did not respond in time for the story, agreed to open its pub and restaurant June 20. In addition to not opening on that date, the suit contends that Molly Brannigans has not paid rent, its share of real estate taxes, operations costs, and marketing and promotions charges.
A hearing will be held on December 17. As a side note, a new Mollys is planned for Cleveland, Ohio a couple blocks away from Jacobs Progressive Field.

We can’t say the same for the Cleveland Browns, who lost to the Houston Texans 16-6. Brady Quinn was replaced by former QB Derek Anderson in the third quarter, and at one point Browns fans were chanting “COWHER! COWHER!”
