Happy holidays, everyone!

As we wrap up a successful 2008 here at ErieBlogs.com, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for reading this site every day (and many of you, several times a day.) It’s a labor of love to be sure, but one we really enjoy doing every day.

We also like being a part of the community. We host this site locally at EngageIT. We do our business banking at ErieBank. We work with the Community Blood Bank and the Parents of Autistic Children. And in this holiday season, we thought long and hard about how we can give back to you, and do it in a local way.

So, we’re going to give away 3 $25 gift certificates to some local eateries, Latino’s Restaurant and George’s Restaurant. We have two certificates for Latino’s and one for George’s. If you’ve never tried these two eateries, you’re in luck. If you have, think of it as a little extra yummy treat from us this season.
