    I was pointed to this article in the LA Times http://tinyurl.com/88wc6e and I am wondering why it isn't being discussed more in the news. Will this federal requirement for lead and phthalates testing in kids clothes and products close down Once Upon A Child and stop the selling of kids products in the Salvation Army store? You be the judge.
