yo this witch is a straight criminal if any MAN killed, Voluntary Manslaughter, involuntary, 2nd 3rd 4th 5th murder they would be doing life. she took a life away i remember when this case was on going they were talkin bout her gettin a county bid(11-23 months) is the max for the county for taking a life away just think about that

AT&T is the same way. I was told we'd have 3G in Erie by October. Then I was told December or January. Well, it's the end of January and still no 3G. What gives?

The 60 page opinion was quite the interesting read. The judge layed out in great detail the web of lies created by Ms. Rhodes.

I agree, she deserves much worse than she got. How on Earth D.A. Foulk thought justice was served by arranging the plea deal he did is beyond me.

It's not EVDO. In fact after discussing with with a VZ Data Tech recently I discovered that the only large cities in the region without 3G (EVDO) service are Erie and Youngstown, OH. I don't like being lumped in with Youngstown.

You can get EVDO in Conneaut, Ohio but not in Erie, it is so sad.

Is it EVDO? I don't understand how I get EV from McKean, PA south to Pittsburgh but Erie sits like a black hole of 1x connections…

I am glad they upheld her sentence – Her crime was unconscionable. There are ways to deal with unwanted children. There are many women who would love to have adopted her baby.

She deserves much worse then she got. It is sickening that everyone tax dollars support keeping these people warehoused.
