Students, boosters, alumni, and the community at-large is invited to Gannon University’s Hammermill Center Sunday at 4 p.m. to help send off the nationally-ranked Golden Knights before they make the 460-mile trip to Springfield, Mass. for the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.
Gannon’s team bus will leave the Hammermill Center, site of the Atlantic Regional hosted and won at Gannon, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Prior to the team’s departure, a short pep rally is planned so fans can wish them well.

In Springfield, the Golden Knights will play Central Missouri (29-4) at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 25 in the Elite Eight quarterfinals.
