VisitErie Hotel Tax Proceeds Make for Best March on Record

VisitErie has released hotel tax proceeds for March, 2009. This March was the best March since the tax was enacted – raising $39,178 for VisitErie, compared to $37,091 in 2008 and $35,561 in 2007. Click on the image before for a more detailed graph and chart.

CNN Reporter to Speak at Gannon’s Commencement

Dr. Leslie Powers testified yesterday in a hearing to determine whether or not Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong was mentally competent to stand trial. She said that despite several mental conditions, including a borderline personality disorder, she believes Diehl-Armstrong is competent to stand trial.
