At work we commonly discuss current events an politics. Most of us have very complex views and do not fit neatly within political labels. I'd provide examples on this, but I'd be getting too far off topic.

So anyway, we all participate in lively discussion of current issues. When the topic of the lineage of Obama's dog came up, every single person found it mildly interesting–except for the far right winger that thinks President Obama can do nothing right, even in the face of hard evidence.

I enjoyed this blog, but I think I will stop reading for a while. I am once again I do not live in Erie anymore.

my neighbor got a dog last year and it didn't make even the local news. Why? because it is not news –

Should we really be concerned with what kind of dog he got or should we be concerned about what he is doing to help us – or what he is doing to help the country –

that is my point – the dog is trivial – not news. It was a waste of time and a distraction from more important matters –

It has nothing to do with who he is – it does not matter what president it is – the dog thing is not valid news –

By the way, referring to Palin as a MILF is a bit disrespectful. I am sure you wouldn't want someone calling your wife or mother that, hmm?
