The fifth-ranked Mercyhurst College women’s lacrosse team saw its season come to an end Saturday afternoon, as the Lakers fell to Lock Haven, 17-11, in the first round of the 2009 NCAA Division II Women’s Lacrosse Tournament at Charlotte E. Smith Field.
