Train Concert in Erie, PA – “She’s On Fire” with the Trainettes

For those of you who didn’t get to see local legend Pat Monahan back in action right here in his hometown, here is a clip from the Train concert last Saturday, November 7th at the Warner Theater. Monahan pulled up a few little girls as backup singers/dancers for this number, and frankly, it’s adorable.

Train’s new album, “Save Me San Francisco,” was released last month and included the band’s current hit, “Hey Soul Sister.” The tour to promote the album will continue to New York and then south through the Carolinas and Texas. Pat Monahan was born and raised here in Erie, but joined with two musicians while living in San Francisco to form the band Train. He often includes lyrics about his childhood in Erie in his songwriting.
