The Otters should be working locally - Boo to them for their choice - Maybe everyone from Allegheny County will come and see them play in Erie since they don't need to support their local fans. Maybe their southern fans will pay for the arena the Otters need too. Then the people of Erie could use that money for something constructive and worthwhile.
