I had a friend that worked at Perkin's restaurant in Edinboro and the said the Texas Toast always slid off the plate and they would just pick it up and put it back on. She told me that to relive stress the wait staff would go into the walk in freezer, close the door and scream. Funny. By the way this was all more than 15 years ago so if you eat at Perkin's don't panic.
