Erie PA News and Events for Saturday May 27, 2006

Three year old Abby Murray of Niagara Falls, Ontario was born without a lower right arm and hand. Abby has gone to Green Prosthetics in Erie, Pa for her prosthetic arm since she was a baby. The last time she went for a new prosthetic, she asked for a arm so she could go fishing. Green Prosthetics doesn’t make recreational arms. Scott Taylor, an employee at Green, didn’t want to see her disappointed so he made one on his own time. Kudos to Mr Taylor who went out of his way to show kindness. Some people do things just because they are good people.
