I'm very angry that Froggy 94.7 is gone and that it's been replaced with 'trash' radio! I am a long-time listener of the station and I'm very upset to know that it is now BOB radio -- what kind of name is that for a radio station?? Terrible name first of all and second of all if I wanted a station that played the 80s + music..? I would have turned to Classy 100, Rocket101 or Star104 -- why did it have to be the OLDIES station to get turned into what I know as 'JACK' radio! There were good Dee-Jays on that station -- c'mon you can't get any better than Captain Dan, Alan Carpetner and Joe Lang! BRING BACK FROGGY 94.7 and get rid of BOB radio! Or better yet, put BOB on another station and give us back FROGGY!!! BRING BACK FROGGY!!!! Oh and I did listen to that AM station they are now calling Froggy 1330..? Problem is my van doesn't pick that up and even if it did..? You can't hear the songs at all!!! If I wanted to listen to AM radio I would have tuned into a BALL game!!! NOT OLDIES and NOT in Erie, PA! Shame on the ones responsible for this act! It's a sad time indeed -- a very sad time :(

I agree. BOB radio is lousy. I've tried tuning in every now and then TRYING to find something to like, but I like my oldies (TRUE oldies). Rock & Roll is NOT present in today's music (or should I call it noise?!), and I really miss FROGGY. Also was a LOUSY deal the DJs were dealt. Seems to be the norm around Erie these days, carrying over from the "what's left in Erie" current manufacturers.

As a former radio personality & (Froggy dj) in Erie, it is sad that they took a station like Froggy and allieinated an entire generation of listeners.

I really miss Froggy in Erie. Bob is a horrible station and that AM Froggy station is no comparison to the real Froggy because it doesn't have the DJs. Plus you can not even tune the AM station in halve of the time. I have actually almost stopped listening to the radio because of this catastrophic disaster. From a frustrated listener, John

I am from Ohio, but have made many trips to Presque Isle for the last fifteen years. My family always looked forward to tuning in Froggy when we would get close enough. What a great family station...the beach is not the same without Froggy! Who is Bob and who made this bad decision? :(
