We'll all be dead from second hand smoke related lung cancer before the state gets around to passing a no smoking law.
I say bravo to County Council. And to those business concerned about a drop in business as a result of the ban...think of this as an opportunity to get the (something like 75%) of the population that does NOT smoke through your doors. Quite a nice slice of the population, I think. The creative minded business will survive.
