The Tom Ridge Environmental Center is a must see for visitors and Erie area residents. There are interactive exhibits to learn more about Presque Isle State Park, an IMAX-type 40’ by 33’ theater called the Big Green Screen Theater, the Nature Shop and Gallery, the Sunset Cafe with excellent food, an Orientation Theater and a 75’ observation tower. It’s a regional visitors center and home to the Regional Science Consortium and it’s the Presque Isle State Park Main Office. The Tom Ridge Environmental Center is open 10 am to 8 pm. Admission is FREE.
