Blood Drive Update

You have until Saturday to participate in the Erie Blogs Week at the Community Blood Bank. According to Dan Desrochers, the prize baskets are still very much up for grabs.
Dan also writes:
The blood supply has been bouncing between moderately and seriously low levels on and off all summer and it has just tanked in the past 24 hours. We’ve been pretty lucky so far this summer, but now we really need some help. We’d really appreciate any help you can give us.
At this point in the contest, we’ve got a 3-way tie for the blog with the most referrals:
Erie Media-Go-Round
Cream of Potato Soup
Books, Toys and Games
Now’s your time to push one of them over the top, or snipe the prize basket for a different blog (*cough cough*).
You have until end of the day on Saturday to get in there. I’ll be hanging out tomorrow afternoon so stop by and say hello. Bonus points will be awarded for any blog that photographs themselves in front of or doing something funny with the sign currently outside the Community Blood Bank on Peach Street.
Thanks to the Blood Bank for putting our URL on their sign. According to PENNDOT, 24,000 people a day see that sign!
