Erie PA News and Events for Thursday July 5, 2007

People usually trash the places before they go. We recently got a 2 apartment investment property, a typical Erie flat, in a not so great Erie neighborhood. So two families that had to move. Of course they responded by trashing the apartments and one went so far as to remove every bit of copper plumbing. Prices for scrap copper is sky high right now.

Can't these people be charged for stealing the copper pipe? Seems if they take from a house that's been foreclosed, they aren't taking and it's theft/destruction of property.
