Duquesne University Law Professor Bruce Ledewitz said that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had no right to suspend Superior Court Judge Michael Joyce of Erie. Ledewitz said that the Supreme Court violated Article V, section 18(d)(2) of the Pennsylvania Constitution and that it’s the job of the Court of Judicial Discipline to suspend judges if necessary. There is no word if Joyce will appeal the suspension. Judge Fred Anthony was appointed by the Supreme Court until a new judge takes office in January. Any decision Judge Anthony makes could be subject to appeal due to the Supreme Court violating the state constitution.
Labor Day Weekend is traditionally one of the three worst weekends of the year, and this year was no exception. Community Blood Bank is open 9-6 Monday through Friday and until 7:30 pm Tuesday night and Saturday 9 am -12:30 pm. Photo ID required.

Wait. I'm totally out of the loop. I thought the Koehler Bldg was supposed to be repurposed as some kind of shopping complex or the site used in that way or something. What's the story progression there? How did it go from that to car dealer lot?

All the buildings where the "Koehler Brewery Square" was supposed to be were torn down. They were going to start over. Now all that will be there is a dealer showroom.
The 'plans' are to buy in complex across the street on the east side of state where there are offices, warehouse space and a plastics shop.

What are they going to do about the parking shortage tho? If they use the building currently standing on the East side of State St., there is no room to put parking for whatever businesses occupies that building unless further properties around that area are purchased up. They should build a parking ramp where the Koehler Brewery was to house the employees and visitors of the business complex. Just a thought.
