Erie YouTube of the Week: Team Bounce
I’ve been thinking about roller skating lately - Erik mentioned it this week and I found some pictures of the 30th birthday rollerskating party I threw my wife.
In trolling YouTube for an Erie video this week, I stumbled across a video posted by Team Bounce, a freestyle rollerskating team from Erie. No inline stuff here, purely old school stylin’. I didn’t know there were freestyle rollerskating teams, but it’s cool there is, and some of the stuff they do in the video I know I surely couldn’t. The last time I went rollerskating, it looked like this. So here’s Team Bounce.
If you want to rollerskate in Erie, you can go to Evan’s Skateland or Skate Way on Buffalo Road. I whipped up a quick Google Map of both locations here.
In the mood to get skating, here are some items from Amazon to get you going.
