Erie Golf Course is attracting a good number of golfers. The City of Erie spent about $2 million in renovations on the course. Only one slight problem. The estate of Brittany Legler is suing the Erie County Office of Children and Youth alleging that actions and inactions by the agency contributed to her death. They’ve got a good case.
