Pennlive.com has compiled a list of 329 establishments (either restaurants, bars or businesses) in the commonweath who have had violations of the state’s smoking ban reported to the Department of Health. Here the ones from Erie:

Even as President-Elect Barack Obama begins to pick his cabinet and other key positions, two states remain uncalled from Tuesday’s election. At the time we write this, North Carolina and Missouri are neither red nor blue. In North Carolina, Obama leads 50% to 49%, and its flipped in Missouri.

Former President Bill Clinton will visit Erie on Monday to campaign for Barack Obama. He will appear at McDowell Intermediate High School at 4:15 p.m., with doors opening at 3:30 p.m. Tickets to the event aren’t required, but if you want to attend you should RSVP at the Obama website here.

A recent poll shows Barack Obama leading John McCain in Pennsylvania by 4%. The Christiana Mall in Delaware has instituted a curfew, banning unaccompanied minors from being in the mall after 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Officials at the Millcreek Mall say they have no plans for a similar plan. The old smoking pits at the mall = stunned.
