Teri Rhodes gave birth in her Mercyhurst College apartment on Sunday. The baby was born alive. Rhodes murdered her baby minutes later by suffocating the unfortunate child. Mercyhurst sophomore Teri Rhodes gave birth in her campus apartment. Police found the baby dead and in a plastic bag. Windy M DeLeon of Erie was charged with stealing $22,000 from the Kwik Fill gas station and convenience store where she worked and gambling the money away at Presque Isle Downs and Casino. Roar on the Shore kicked off yesterday in spectacular fashion with over 2,000 motorcycles parading through the city. The event continues today beginning at 9 am at Liberty Park.
