The Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled against surrogate mother Danielle Bimber and is ordering her to turn over the three children to James Flynn. Representative Linda Bebko-Jones (1st Legislative District Erie County) has settled with the company that owns the office building in which she caused a fire.
