Paragon Promotions of Erie is suspected running a fundraising scam. WJET-TV had the story by Dan Wells that Paragon Promotions is soliciting money in the Erie area. Erie County Judge John Bozza granted a permanent injunction preventing the county wide smoking ban from taking effect.
