The proposed 2008 city budget is not available on the city web site. Guess they don’t want the peasants getting their hands on the information. Or maybe the 4 people working in the information technology office (2007 office budget of $268,572; $246,977 in wages and benefits for 4 people, average per person of $61,744) [...]
