Mid-day, the snow machine kicked up and Erie and Crawford Counties got dumped on. I-79 southbound was closed for a few hours yesterday after a truck jack-knifed. The big news out of Harrisburg is the proposed budget by Governor Rendell for 2009-2010. Yesterday was the 93 year anniversary of the the Millcreek flood that devastated the City of Erie.
