Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong has been found competent to stand trial. Officials in Texas where Diehl is being held in prison have cleared Diehl as competent and will return her to Pennsylvania where Judge Sean McLaughlin will hold a hearing to make a final decision as to her competency to stand trial.
