Judge William Cunningham has upheld his sentencing of Teri Rhodes. Rhodes pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of her newborn baby. Judge Cunningham sentenced Rhodes last fall to 9 to 18 years in prison. There will be a hearing on February 4 to determine if Rhodes can be released on bail pending her appeal. [...]
