The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) yesterday held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Authority’s Parade Street Mixed-Use Development, 1401 Parade Street. The Housing Authority’s $1.9 million Parade Street Mixed-Use Development will contain commercial space and residential live/work condominium units.
