U.S. Congresswoman Kathleen Dahlkemper has co-sponsored The Locomotive Fleet Investment and Tax Credit Act of 2009. The tax credit is intended to encourage all aspects of the locomotive industry, through increased manufacturing, sales, and purchasing.
