It was a little later then expected, but the lake-effect snow came on strong yesterday and overnight into this morning. Some areas may have received up to 15″ overnight. How much did you get in your area?

This was the view for a large amount of Erie and Crawford Counties yesterday. Corry seems to be the hardest hit. Schools were cancelled and large amounts of the town were without power. Mayor Rick Filippi presented his proposed 2006 budget to Erie City Council yesterday. It calls for 63 layoffs and a number of increases in fees.
