Lisa Maas was murdered in her Pittsburgh apartment. Maas was a 2006 graduate of Harbor Creek High School near Erie. She was attending school at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. The Erie, PA based Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) will open a branch at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA by next fall. LECOM is already the largest medical school in the nation with their main campus in Erie and a branch campus in Bradenton, Florida.
