Teri Rhodes, 19, pled guilty to charges voluntary manslaughter yesterday. She will be sentenced in the fall and faces a maximum sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison or may be as low as two years. Representative Linda Bebko-Jones (1st Legislative District Erie County) has settled with the company that owns the office building in which she caused a fire.
