Dr. Leslie Powers testified yesterday in a hearing to determine whether or not Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong was mentally competent to stand trial. She said that despite several mental conditions, including a borderline personality disorder, she believes Diehl-Armstrong is competent to stand trial.
