Developer Brad Fairfield announced that Sky Bank will finance $3.2 million of the $6.4 million to begin construction of the Koehler Brewery Square project. So it’s still $3.2 million away but Sky is trying to line up line up other banks to help with the financing. I’m still pretty optimistic that construction will begin shortly. [...]
