Nick Caccavo of Erie died after the 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee he was riding into rear ended a tractor-trailer on I-80 in Clearfield County. Jacobs Entertainment disclosed a 13 percent stake (3.6 million shares) in MTR Gaming Group. Jacobs Entertainment is the owner and operator of casinos and race tracks.
