Warm temperatures are nice for people, bad for streams and other tributaries that collect run off. Some areas are also getting ice jams, which are making things worse. If you live near of these streams, especially in low-lying areas, good luck and be safe.

Governor Rendell announced the investment of $12.2 million as part of PennDOT’s Aviation Capital Budget/Transportation Assistance Program.
