Knox Mclaughlin Gornall And Sennett is buying the former United Way of Erie County building on the 100 block of West 10th Street. I heard on the news Knox will tear down the building for parking. The building has an asesed value of $600,100. The United Way is exempt from paying property taxes. Knox isn’t. [...]
