Erie City Council will propose an amendment to the zoning code requiring all people giving massages to have a degree or certificate, pending a state law that takes effect in 2010 requiring all persons offering massage services to be state licensed. Dr. Paul W. Heberle has had nine additional counts added to previous charges of trading prescriptions for painkillers for other drugs, such as crack cocaine. Heberle has been in Erie County Prison since November.

Paul “The Pittsburgh Kid” Spadafora was arrested AGAIN for violating a PFA order. Police found him with Nadine Russo who has a PFA against him. Verizon is selling their building at 150 West 10th Street. The 200 or so workers in the building will be moved to their other Erie area locations.
