Lieutenant Colonel Richard J Berrettini died due to injuries received from an improvised explosive device attack in Khowst Province, Afghanistan. LTC Berrettini died Jan 11, nine days after the HMMWV he was a passenger in was attacked. The Oct 2005 figures were 512 transactions for $61,760,628. This marks the fifth straight decline year-over-year. Congrats to Margo Carlson whom won the “Name the Tower Ride” contest at Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World. The new 140 foot Tower Drop ride will be called the X Scream. There will be a 2 day preview, Sat Nov 4 and Sun Nov 5, before the ride opens for the season next Spring.
